I have been working for Tracy @Maximum One Platinum Realtors for almost 3 years now. She is an amazing Broker who loves what she does and takes care of her Agents and her Clients. I have seen her on MANY occasions stand up for her clients during their buying or selling process. I would not think twice about using her for any of our real estate needs. Our Agents are just as amazing!! They go above and beyond. I’m Blessed to be a part of this wonderful group of Agents!!!

We were so fortunate to have found Tracy Barb when we moving back to Warner Robins and outgrowing our home. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.nnIn short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tracy was that she was always focused on hearing our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Even after closing on our house she continued to provide us with support on renting our previous home. We would recommend Tracy and the Maximum One Platinum Realtors team to anyone!!

I have worked for Maximum One Platinum Realtors for several Years, but have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years, and I am so impressed with the support of the Broker and the company, but most important is the CE classes and training they offer. Their goal is to have agents who are professional, ethical, well trained and compliant with the requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Commission!

God must have sent us an angel when Maximum One Platinum Realtors sent us Fallon Birch. From day one right out of the gate Fallon made us feel we were the most important people on this planet. We lived in Florida and our daughter bought a house in Cochran, GA and we wanted to buy close to them. Not only did she find us our FOREVER home, it was 3.3 miles from our daughter/son-in-law and 3 granddaughters. We fell in love with it on site. Fallon made everything happen. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing personality, trustworthy, loyal, helpful, super kind, extremely cheerful and full of high energy are just a few word to describe her. EVERY phone call, text or email was addressed within minutes and believe me there were many. We've delt with many realtors in our 60 ish years and by far Maximum One and Fallon Birch are the BEST.
