The website states they provide septic tank services including pump-out. The first time I called the receptionist told me they do not service septic tanks. I checked to make sure I had the right number and called back. I mentioned their website said they do provide septic tank pumping and would like a quote. She was rude again and said the lowest it would cost would be over $800. Their website says for a 1200gal tank starts at $375. My tank is only 1000gal. I will never use Buzzell for any plumbing with false advertising like that.
We worked directly with the service manager, Cody, to fix an HVAC issue we were having. I cannot say enough great things about him. He fully listened to every concern we had and ensured it was completely resolved to our satisfaction. He was very upfront and transparent with us about what it would take to get our issue resolved. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone we know!
I had a broken water pipe coming off the water meter on my property, resulting in no water coming to the house and water streaming out from the broken pipe. JASON came out on New Year's Eve and repaired it completely! He did a great job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am definitely very appreciative of his responsiveness and help resolving the water problem. Buzzell has always been very dependable and and professional throughout the many years I have contacted them. Please commend JASON!
Serviced my 2 heating, air units this AM. Did a great jobncleaned up after he finished! Very impressed.
A big shout out to Brett! He was wonderful. He came out to fix our AC, and he spent 30 minutes in a hot attic making sure it was working before he left. We sure do appreciate the great service we got.
