Got in there around 4:30, we were a group of 3. We were told by one of the manicurist that we didn’t all need to sign in in their computer register. So we all sat down and waited, they took the first one of us at 5, no big deal, half hour? not bad waiting time, then there was 2. We waited and waited, then we noticed they were taking people who came in after us. When I asked, all they said is “we get you next”. I was frustrated because this person didn’t understand what I was talking about, nor did anyone else that worked there. Not only were they rude, and didn’t understand English, they didn’t even acknowledge their customers that were right in front of their faces! They only conversed with each other, not with the client, which is really rude! Anyone that works in service should know that priority number one is keeping customers happy, well the Golden Nail Salon totally failed at that! Zero stars!!!!

I just left there today after being there for 4 hours. They did awesome feet but after they got done with my nails(which cost me $55) this is what they looked like. Then they had the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow, so that they could take them all the way off and do them again. SIDE NOTE: I had them take off a full set before they started and asked them to do the white fake nail and the man said, this would be better. Would I have been wrong to spazz the heck out after being in there for 4 hours and paying $55 for something that looks like this.

Today the place was very busy. But the service was as always very professional. The guy who did my pedicure, find out that I enjoyed the foot massage, so he took few more minutes, which I really appreciated. I recommend this place to everyone.

They have Great Service, However I’m charged different prices for the same service. I don’t change anything and this has happened on more than one occasion. Ive only gotten fillins and pedicures(Spa pedi)...I would recommend using your credit or debit to keep up with the transactions.

The Golden Nails and Spa is a very pleasant place to visit and be groomed. The place is immaculate clean and neat. The employees are professionally trained and treat their customers with kindness respect.
