I just moved to Warner Robins, and it was challenging and a little scary to find someone new to do my eyebrows. They did fantastic, I honestly think that this is the best they’ve ever looked. It was very clean and she was very professional. She got personal and made me feel so welcome. I definitely will be going back for all my waxing needs!!
Friendly environment and friendly staff. I have been going to this establishment for over a year. I have always had great respect for this establishment until the technician Ashley did not do as I wished when it came to my Brazilian. This was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had and I’ve been getting waxed since 2014. Although this was an unpleasant experience, my frustration came when I informed the front desk staff that I had an unpleasant experience and both ladies told me “okay” with a smile. Never handled the issue or even issued an apology for my experience. I left very upset; so, my rating is based on the good service I have gotten beforehand and how rudely I was handled as an unhappy customer.
The environment was welcoming and the staff was friendly. They aren’t offering bookings at the time of my visit, it was walk in only. It was fairly busy when I got there, but it was explained to me that this particular location is one of their busiest spots. The lady that did my service was very welcoming and funny! She was informative and made me feel comfortable while providing and outstanding service. I got a Brazilian and underarm wax. The price is about what I pay at other spots I’ve visited. The store is clean and the service is great.
I purchase the eyebrow deal. My eyebrows are kept up much better than if I did it myself. Professional and quick service.
Daughter loves getting her eyebrows done here. They can get very busy at times, morning seem best if your needing to be in and out! Nice staff
