Wonderful staff. They were a pleasure to work with. Very understanding and accommodating for my son and I. He got exactly what he was looking for, and has even decided this is going to be his new hairstyle. Couldn't be happier with this salon. (Disregard the grumpy teenage look)

I came in for a hair trim and eyebrow wax. The stylist was very nice, but left a lot split ends when I told her she could cut as short as she needed to as long as I didn't have any split ends left. Also, she didn't wax in between my eyebrows. I'm not one to get my eyebrows done so I didn't notice until they weren't red anymore when I got home.

I have had many good haircuts at cuts by us but the lady I had today was just not focused and I asked her to cut my hair on the sides none off the top but she cut off of the top. I am now very upset with my hair and don’t even want to go to school tomorrow it is that bad. I went to sports clips and they fixed it up, but I will not be coming to cuts by us anymore.
