Very bad experience....expected my ends to be trimmed and my stylists ended up cutting atleast 3 inches off my hair. She bashed my hair and kept insulting it when I've been natural for years and never had a beautician complain once about the state of my hair. Not to mention I'm afraid that my hair will have heat damage because of how high the flat iron was....I could literally feel it burning my scalp and I know for a fact that is not how it's supposed to feel. She was very rough with my haed. I won't be coming back here anymore.
