They are the nicest young ladies and I was able to walk in without an appointment. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and it was done much quicker than I expected. I will definitely be going back.
My hair cute is the good thing. The employees are not very tactful when speaking with customers that have issues or concerns. A not very mature 17 year old was left running the shop alone with another employee that didn't speak English and they were very frustrated. A customer had to leave with half of her hair undone..lacked professionalism.
I was quoted 3 different prices over the phone (I’m guessing depending on the length of braids) Got to the shop and was charged something else & I had my own hair...I asked for the braids to be to my breast not my bottom...Braids came out decent nothing spectacular...Looks frizzy like I had it in for at least a week...I had to go home to REDIP my ends & try to lay down the frizz
Wanted my own hair braided she did did not listen they never do felt uncomfortable in her stop wont be back
Got passion twists. I was charge $175 and bought my own hair. They didn't listen to what I wanted. Hair was terribly uneven. Ends were straggly. Lines were crooked. My middle part is crooked. Got there, nobody was in the shop and I had to wait. Will not be returning, in fact, will be telling everyone I know to stay away. HORRIBLE.
