The lady who braided my hair did a horrible job, she just put uneven braids all over my head, the ends were horrible, just awful all they want to do is take your money, bad service
I been letting the owner and her daughter braid my hair for years.. These are some very good people especially the owner, She is very nice and professional. She will work with you if you don't have all the money..When I do go to her I always let her braid my hair or her daughter Kay... It's not against the other workers but am very funny when it comes to my hair.. The owner has moves to different shops over the years and where she goes I will always follow...
Terrible customer service. My wife was getting her hair done there, and I stopped by to bring cash for the payment. The employees didn't even speak to me as I came in the door. They just looked at me as a approached my wife, while continuing to hold their own conversation in a language I couldn't understand. Don't get me wrong; I am not critical of people speaking in their native language. But when you run a business, the customer should be the center of your attention. You should greet that customer, regardless of language barriers or preferences. If I was actually coming there to get my hair done, they would have immediately lost my service. I don't recommend any one be a patron of this establishment.
It is always a pleasure going here. I am extremely satisfied with the ending results. They are quick and efficient and always friendly. I never have s problem with a professional and clean look. I always tip big when I deal with them because their prices are reasonable and quality exquisite. Overall a great experience every time!
