Wonderful place! I stopped to get information about the apartments and the first thing that blew my mind was the great condition of the grounds. I saw the groundskeeper Mario Cantu doing such a great job by the main entrance of the complex and I asked him for the office phone number so that I could schedule a tour.

A friend of mine lives in the complex and invited me to go to the gym. I was surprised because of how clean it was, and I got a chance to talk to Mario Cantu, the groundskeeper. He was super kind and does a great job keeping everything sanitized. I loved the complex!

I live in this community and I use the gym often. Because of the virus situation I was afraid but Mario Cantu the groundskeeper always keeps the place in perfect shape. I feel safe exercising because it is disinfected and clean every day. I love Johns Creek Walk Apartments.nnI'm so grateful to live here. Also cause the Maintenance Staff is so efective. In this case Baldemar works in a efficient and professional way.

The groundskeeper Mario Cantu keeps the breezeways clean and I always see him working on them. He also does a great job of picking up the trash and keeping the streets clean. Great maintenance team and great complex.

I have lived at The Reserve for over a year. This review is primarily about the Maintenance Staff - Mario, Baldemar and Dietrich. Each time I have had an issue, no matter what it has been, the Maintenance Staff responds the very next day. The work is done quickly and professionally. I am always present due to my having a pet. I have only heard glowing compliments about the efficiency of the staff, and I, myself, also consider them to be most kind and of the highest caliber in the work they perform. It is very satisfactory to me as a resident to know that I can rely on their expertise, quick response and kindness. Thank you very much to Mario, Baldemar and Dietrich !!
