It was an excellent experience buying our first home with Sophia. She is professional, knowledgeable, and the most impressive is that she enjoys showing homes, educating us as first time buyers with all basics. As there has not been many available homes to choose from in the year 2020, it took us almost 6 months to finally find our new home, Sophia is patient searching and showing us many homes in the process with professional comments and suggestions. Besides, it worth to mention that Sophia wears masks at all times and provided us with personal protective equipment (gloves, shoes covers, sanitizers) when showing homes. We are grateful that we found a great agent! Would totally recommend her!

Sophia did great job with the purchase and/or sale of the houses for us. She is super knowledgeable of real estate, what a house needs to be in order to sell quickly, how to price a house, and how to negotiate well. She worked out all the design and renovation work together with the contractors for us to get the house ready for sale. The beauty work made our house under contract and at the same time got a strong backup contract within the first couple of days after putting on market. Our closing involved one seller at overseas. With the timely arrangement by Sophia, the entire process went smoothly and the house was closed on time. She is always available whenever we have any questions/concerns.
