Their agent Jessica Peck, cursed out a client that I referred to her because the client no longer wanted to work with her to buy a house, because Jessica is not at all knowledgeable about the industry and provided the client with incorrect information. She sent myself and the client multiple text messages stated that because she has children to take care we shouldn't have dropped her as an agent. She went so far as to threatened to sue the client because she scheduled 6 viewings for the client of homes that the client found. This person is unstable and very unprofessional. If this is the type of person that Metro Brokers hire to represent the company, run don't walk away from these people!!
