Silver Creek Apartments

Ok well I've been away for 10 years living in Montana. I am going home before Christmas I've read quite a few reviews and there all the same. Por management. To the managers if you don't want to work in that position you should move on. It seems personal problems are causing this. Your tenants should not have to wait more than 3 days to get something fixed and please tell vme there's a policy agree ment. The girl that said you can get STDs in the pool made me laugh. But I would love to manage these residential apartments, I wasn't looking for a job I am looking for a place to live and I had my own business for over 10 years. Or maybe an assignment I grew up in the tri-cities and thought these would be ok,but clearly you need organization and d.zgsfsnSystem that works..... Let me know it might work out ter

only visited ( not lived ) it appeared to be a decent and middle of the run apartment, the inside appeared well maintained and the grounds appeared to need some TLC, have employees & tenants who give a dam, treat it & care for it like a home and not someone's else's concern,nof course this would apply to most apartments

This is one of the worst apartments I’ve lived in. The staff never answer their phones and never return your calls. Still have not received my deposit after have been moved out for 2 months now. On top of very noisy neighbors and they had a broken fire extinguisher box with glass on the ground next to my apartment door for almost two weeks before I cleaned it up myself. I also have a three year old and there are a ton of kids running around so theyre lucky no one got hurt. 0/5 stars

These people rarely answer the phone, and we can never get anyone to fix anything.

My kids are safe the place is sound an there is 2 swimming pools awesome kids place to learn new things an meet great people!!!!!
