Absolutely love living in these apartments. The management is awesome and Monique is super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I lived at BMR for almost four years. I leased two different 3 bed/2 bath units in that time, one on the second floor and one on the first floor. I loved my time at BMR. Management changed over shortly after I moved in. Monique in the office is awesome. Very sweet and kind to my son who has autism. It meant a lot and helped to make me feel comfortable there. The only main downside to this complex is the noise through the walls and ceiling. The floors are mainly hardwood and they tend to reflect every little sound. You can also hear your upstairs neighbors music, but that is really the only downside, the neighbor noise. Parking can also be bad after 5 pm so plan on getting a spot early close to your apartment! The pool was usually clean in the summer. Nice neighbors too, and it’s convenient that Dutch Bros and Yokes are within walking distance! The elementary school next door is awesome too, and just a few years old. Overall I was pleased with my entire experience there and would lease again if the chance ever came up!

Great experience moving in! Monique helped me and everything went great and was painless. From when I first walked in to the office to get leasing information to getting the keys! The neighborhood is nice as well and they are in a quiet location yet close to shopping and anything else you could need. Thank you!

We chose to live here because of the location and the amazing grade school next door. But we got so much more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lawns and parking lots are well taken care of. There is acreage so my kids feel like they have a big yard to play in. Our neighbors are great, we have made many friends since we moved in. The apartments are roomy and well taken care of. We live in a 2 bed 1 bath. Living on the first floor we have 2 patios. The main patio has room for our table and 6 chairs. Great for having company over when it’s nice out. We have had a few maintenance issues. I wish the communication between us and the maintenance employee was a little better, but overall everything got fixed when we needed it. The gym is clean and equipment works properly. The pool is fantastic, we had our daughters bday party there. Super fun. There isn’t much of a sound barrier when it comes to the ceiling/floor upstairs, you can really hear people walking around up there. But we had a conversation with our last neighbors about it and they were respectful when it came to bed time hours. Highly recommend these apartments.

We have lived her for almost 2 years and we love it! The staff here are honestly great! I have never lived at a place where I actually felt comfortable, usually the staff that runs apartments are not the friendliest. That’s most definitely not the case here. The office ladies are wonderful and friendly! The maintenance men are very helpful and friendly too! One time my car battery was dead and I didn’t have a jump, I went down to the office and asked for help...they didn’t even hesitate to help, one of the maintenance men brought his personal car to mine and gave me a jump. Even though that’s not their job they had no problem helping me, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend living at Badger Mountain Ranch. Great community and safe.
