Well as far as apartments go it ain’t bad but the PARKING is horrible usually have to walk 200 yards to my apartment because they are all reserved which you can pay extra for, the hotel style a/c is very loud and you need a fan to push the cold air into your room/bathroom and the hallways/stairs are filthy never been power washed in the two years I’ve been here. They are also some of the most expensive apartments in town. :)

Extremely misleading prices on apartments. The website lists one price, but the leasing agent says another. In addition, no central air and extreme freeway noise.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years now and I can honestly tell you that I love this place. Simply put, there is not a prettier or more well maintained complex in the Tri Cities. Anna at the front desk is one of the most kind people I have ever met and she has always made every effort to be there for me as a resident and make me feel welcome. I often walk across the street to LuLu'a or Anthony's and have a beer or a glass of wine with a burger after work. Do you like golf? Well you pretty much live on the golf course. The Columbia river is a stones throw away. This is the best apartment complex in the Tri-cities. Just do it you won't regret it.

575 Columbia Apartment is indeed a great place to live. I have lived here past 7 months now and it is been great. It is within 10 minutes drive to most amenities in the tri-cities area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and love the fact that it is about 5 minutes of walking distance to the Columbia Park Trail along the Columbia River.

No parking at all, they expect you to park across street and we pay 1025 for a 1 bedroom apt!! Not really any amenities, a tiny weight from and swimming pool is it. Office staff isn't bad just the apt is not worth the price you're paying.
