Regency Park

It's quiet and very clean. It's within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and coffee! It's also a safe and wonderful location. Only caveat is parking, which can be tough.

Parking is an issue and I have an electric car so I have to park in front of my patio to plug in. I could go to the EV charger nearby but that would cost $21 an hour everyday. That not the worst. I took over the lease for a friend for the apartment I’m in, she told me that she’s made multiple complaints about the neighbors above us and yet nothing has happened. As I’m writing this, they are listening to music at the loudest volume and pounding around with what I can assume is dancing because they are hooping and hollering up a storm. I lived in apartments my entire life I’ve never heard it this bad. It’s like they have zero consideration that they are not only neighbors to multiple people but that they even have other human beings near them. And I’m not just complaining to complain this has been every day since I moved in here. Even when I would come and visit my friend who’s lease I took over, I’ve heard them multiple multiple days just running around with the heaviest footballs, screaming at each other, in fact last night that’s what they were doing. I could hear them in the main hallway so it was not just me that could hear them. They wake up at 7 AM every single day and it does not stop until sometimes 3 to 4 in the morning. It’s really back to the apartments not only if they refuse to do anything like this is written in 2020, so Covid is still a thing but that was their excuse. first they couldn’t get rid of them because of Covid but now our area is in phase 2 which it’s not like they can’t except new people because I’ve been seeing moving trucks all over the place in these apartments so clearly people can move in and move out they have no excuse anymore they just refuse to do anything. Or they forgot.

The place is very very clean.nThe staff is very nice and helpfulnLocation is very good. you are close from everything that you need it like Walmart, Starbucks, bank and others.

Great location! I currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment, the rooms are very spacious & everything is close by such as Target, Walmart, Gold's Gym, resturants, etc. Kaeli is the one who helped me move in, the process was super easy with her! She's very attentive & also replies quick (:

We lived at Regency while waiting for our home to be built and we enjoyed every minute of it!!! We loved the location and the staff was AMAZING. Very professional, always super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Chelsea and Kaeli were both always a pleasure to work with and the maintenance staff was always very friendly and professional. We only had a minor issue when we first moved in and they were on top of it and got it fixed right away. The apartments were very clean, spacious and up to date. Love that they accept pets!! They have a pool and hot tub which was great in the summer, our kids loved it!! And we used the movie theater room once which was pretty cool :) We also took advantage of the gym a lot. Overall we had a great experience living here and would definitely rent here again if we ever needed to for any reason. We definitely recommend Regency Park for anyone looking to rent. They made us feel right at home from the very beginning all the way to the end of our stay, that's what made our experience so great. Leaving was bittersweet. Thank you Regency!!!
