Maple Ridge

Moved in on the condo side with high vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and patio. It's like having a small house! The atmosphere with all the surrounding nature gives Maple Ridge a cozy feel, the location is perfect being right off the freeway, and my kids have friends already!

I've lived in these apartments since 2015, first in a one bedroom, then moved into a two bedroom with a roommate. While living in the one bedroom, everything was pretty nice, maintenance was responsive and the office would get back to me. When we switched to the two bedroom, slowly things started to decline. We have black mold in our bathroom, which the apartments have been notified about since our moving in and have done nothing to remedy it, other than come clean it once and tell us to leave on a fan. Out of all of my work orders I've submitted over the past year, only three have gotten answered, and one has gotten finished. The one was that finished took three months for a broken window in my bedroom. Currently, my AC has been out for over a month, barely operates and it has been over 100 degrees for the past week and we have been suffering. I've called the office 11 days ago, no one answered, I left a voicemail and still no one has called back. I really want to be patient and I really don't want to be rude, but there comes a point when you wake up drenched with sweat night after night that your patience runs out. Management, if you see this, please reach out to me and remedy my problem.

Such a friendly environment. We love living here! the maintenance guys always take great care of our apartment! Recommend if you’re looking for a kid friendly neighborhood!

When we moved in (during the whole COVID-19) Management made the process surprisingly easy. We were given virtual tours, able to do all of the paperwork and payments through the apartment portal. The manager was great she walked us through getting everything transferred over, reminding us of things that we may have forgotten like internet, and extra storage. The apartment is spacious and the grounds are always well kept and most importantly office staff is always friendly and helpful. So far we are loving the stay.

Maple Ridge has such friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. I recommend to anyone who wants to feel immediately welcome and at home.
