Kim is more than a realtor, she’s an astute master of the Tri-Cities housing market. With decades of experience, there was no hurdle she couldn’t overcome or question she couldn’t answer for me. My parents passed away and I inherited a house I needed to sell in Richland while I live in Seattle. Countless times, I relied on her to handle movers and electricians and contractors. She found them, I paid them. Her contacts in the community are solid because the work done was fantastic. Occasionally, things moved too quickly for me to mail out checks to the vendors directly and she would just pay for it and I’d reimburse her. This wasn’t a short process. I worked with her over the period of several months from first touch to closing on the house. Even putting the house on the market at the worst time—November—I barely had to compromise on the price. She stuck with me through thick and thin! If you’re looking for a realtor that will give you peace of mind, go above and beyond the call of duty, and someone who is just genuinely nice and wants the best for you, call Kim today to schedule a meeting with here. You won’t be disappointed!

When my father passed away and I learned my brother and I inherited a plot of land in unincorporated West Richland, WA, Kim Harty had no idea what she was getting herself into. My father tore down the small house that was on the parcel so it was just a bare plot of land with remnants of an old cinder block home with a hodge podge of broken cars and trailers he left behind. Frantic, and living in Seattle, I really didn’t know how to proceed with any of it. Kim, calm cool and collected, pretty much handled everything from beginning to end. We listed for much more than my father bought it for, but ultimately Kim learned there was no current water access allowed and the water to the old house was grandfathered in. It was just a mess. Not to mention all the abandoned vehicles on the land. Kim handled everything, what I absolutely had to do I did, but for the most part she would go out there and investigate land, talk to the county (because it was unincorporated), and handled all the aspects that I couldn’t begin to imagine. She’s a great asset for estates as well as undeveloped land. Thanks Kim!
