The maintenance crew here is phenomenal! They are quick to come help when something goes wrong and keep us informed about why/what they’re doing. If it’s a lengthy process of fixing the issue, they keep us updated and informed through out the process. Garret is always the one to come help us out and he is so friendly and easy to talk to.nI have had the best experience with this crew, they make living here the best :)

I had the best renting experience at these apartments, I lived here for about a year and a half and have no complaints. Brooklyn runs this place very well and always knew who I was when we talked. Garrett is the maintainance guy and he was also amazing, if we EVER had a problem he was always right there. Location was very convenient, management was amazing, apartments were priced appropriately, and we even got our deposit back! I keep seeing people post about webs or bugs; I lived close to the trash bin and almost never had a problem with bugs and only sometimes dusted my patio and front door so I rarely saw webs. If you are capable of maintaining your space they are very clean and well sprayed for bugs.

My faucet broke and Garrett came to fix it the very same day! The staff here is so friendly and efficient. Brooklyn followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Riverpointe staff rocks!

I have been living here for the past 4 years. I just upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which I love. The staff is awesome and always on top of things. Best of all Maintenance is great always gets the job done. Overall the best apartments I’ve lived in so far. The Duportail bridge is also a bonus for me.

I've lived here for over a year and it's been great! The area is very pretty and the office staff are kind and responsive. Maintenance is always completed quickly and the staff are skilled and courteous.
