Quinn, the new manager, went above and beyond today on 2.14.21. I had a pen mark on my back seat arm rest my 5 year old put there the day before. I asked Quinn if he knew of any tricks to remove it. He suggested using nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol as old tricks of the trade. After also learning about his prior detail experience, he suggested I immediately apply a leather conditioner following the use of the cleaning agent. Next to my surprise before entering the automatic wash, he comes around, takes a solution he had in storage, removes the ink marks my 5 year old placed there and hands me some left over leather conditioner with a small towel. An amazing act of service and greatly appreciated. Quinn and the entire team is great. Thank you! Larry S. Johns Creek.

I was a little unsure of which wash I should pick for my car, but Alexis made the decision a lot easier. He greeted me with a positive attitude and took the time to explain all of the different washes. I was delighted with the excellent customer service from everyone. My car also looked brand new after the wash! I highly recommend going to this location!

Loved this place before change in ownership. The basic wash was was $6 which included drying towels and window spray cleaner. The price is now $7, no drying cloths (oh forgot “they’re in the vending for a buck!!”), no window cleaner and the buffer which was used if you got a wax previously now apparently is used to dry the car. It’s covered in something that left a film of something resembling grease on the windshield. Since I had no rag or window cleaner I left with a dirty windshield. To many choices for me to return. Go here with your eyes open.

Great personal service, but no more towels under new ownership. Bummed they took them away as you can’t get wheel wells and windows clean. Also, I don’t recommend the tire shine as it only covered about 60% of the tires.
