NIAJEE is the best. Been going to get my hair done by her for 5 or 6 years now. Only had to have one hair cut by someone else the entire time. So reliable, she understands color, style, and cut. My hair is very thick and takes her awhile, but I leave feeling beautiful when she is done. Highly recommend!!

Niajee is the absolute best. She takes her time, educates you on how to take care of your hair, is an amazing colorist and cuts hair exactly how you asked! I’ve been going to her for 2 years and I am pleased everything I leave.nJosefina

I have chosen William David Salon for my haircut needs for the last two years, since moving to the area. Amy Wolkis is my stylist. Amy is professional, and very talented in her craft. She provides consistent service. I am very particular with how my hair looks, and I trust her. I am grateful she is here to continue to cut my hair. The salon is clean and inviting. Erica, at the front counter, always calls to remind me of my scheduled appointment time. I have come to rely on Erica’s calls to keep me on track with my visits. Erica is always so nice and welcoming. She always sets my next appointment before I leave, so I know I am good to go. I recommend William David Salon to anyone looking for a long term relationship with a place for their haircut needs.

Even though my haircut with Amy was wonderful, the outrageous experience I had with the front desk receptionist left me bewildered and very upset. I paid $65 for a haircut and wanted to leave a 20% tip ($13). I had a $20 bill and asked the receptionist (Erica) if I could have change so that I can actually leave my stylist $15 and only need $5 back. She made a very rude face and said “why would you need change back from a $20?”. I again explained what I was trying to do and she said “wow, interesting” and then proceeded to tell me “actually I don’t think we are allowed to give any change back”. I was being judged for leaving a 20% tip! She was extremely rude and completely ruined my visit. I did speak to the manager on duty (Sunil), and am hopeful this feedback will be taken seriously.

Robbie did a wonderful job correcting a cut for me last week. She listened as I spilled my frustration for the cut I was given and she quickly worked to remedy my frustrations. I am happy with the results and I have received numerous compliments. I will be booking my next appointment at William and David and many more with Robbie.
