Nails 365 Spa

Nalley was awesome. No nicks and beautiful work. The were quick and efficient. I went on my lunch break.

I came to get my nails redone (SNS) and the person that did it....nn1) did not put on a new set of nails. She simple stripes the old color off and added the new one.nn2) she also decided to charge me $40(plus tip because i always tip). In the past I’ve payed $40 for a fresh set, but they still charged me the same price even though she clearly cut corners.nn** also my friend said she pays $35 and gets the same service (fresh nails and all). So that says a lot about this place.

I went to this salon Simply to get a nail polish not Gel; just a regular OPI nail polish. My nails looked fine when I left but by the morning they had cracks in the polish. It looked horrible. I made sure that they were dry before I left I even sat in the car with the air on so that they could dry even more to make sure they would not mess up. I did not have a chance to go back the very next day due to my schedule so I went back the next day. I called the salon to explain to the manicurist what had happened she said that she does not give a guarantee on regular nail polish since it is not gel, but she told me to come and she needs to see it, she did not sound like she was very happy at all to hear from me. When I got to the nail salon the woman who had did my nails smiled and greeted me and asked me to come and sit down at her table. However another lady who I believe is the manager or owner started yelling at me saying that this happened because I did not let the nails dry which I know is not true because they were very dry when I left and the lady sprayed them before I left so I know that this was not true I’ve done my nails plenty of times at home with OPI and it can last over a week. I told her you do not have to yell at me she said I’m not yelling at you I just have a loud tone she said I will let you get it done over this time! And when the manicurist was done I think both of the ladies but the owner simply ignored me and kept looking at her phone even though I talk loud when I said thank you and she was sitting right across from me one seat over.She was very rude and very unprofessional to yell at me over something that they did horrible horrible nail job and then when she did it over the same thing happen cracks again the very next day I will never be back again now my question has been answered, this is why the place is always empty when I go in there I’m sure plenty have had a bad experience there stay away from this nail place.I am sure that they are putting some kind of chemicals in the polish to thicken it out and make it last more to stretch out their money and they are damaging the good polish.

Quinn is absolutely amazing! She always is very respectful and extremely talented. Perfection at it's best! The staff is incredibly professional.

Jason is the best nail tech in the area. Very professional, up to date with new techniques. I would never go to anyone again. I have NEVER been loyal to a nail tech, but Jason just earned a lifelong customer. I visited this salon in the past but now that it is under new ownership, I go regularly. The new construction and owners have put some themselves. They offer complimentary foot massages with pedicures but you can upgrade to the most amazing 25 minute massage in their massage room. Great nail salon!!!
