We closed on our new house just a few days ago and couldn't wait to share our experience with Mary Jane representing us!nnMy lender sent us their preferred realtor that did not service the area we were looking, and honestly did not seem interested in helping us. I was referred to Mary Jane from a friend just before Christmas and within the week we were touring homes throughout the county. MJ worked with us and showed us over 30 homes before finally finding the perfect one on January.nnThrough the entire process MJ kept us abreast of any developments in our search and eventual purchase (the house was still under construction and she worked with the developer's agents so we didn't have to). She met with us on Saturdays and Sundays and even spent a few hours with us at her office on New Year's Day! Every encounter with Mary Jane was a joy!nnI cannot express just how wonderful of an experience we had with MJ! She is courteous, professional and patient (and helped keep our one year old entertained while touring houses). Although we are in our new home Mary Jane has kept in touch and forwarded any concerns we have had to the right people. She believes that even though you may have closed on the home, her job isn't over. You cannot go wrong with Mary Jane being your agent!!
