Dee is a wonderful and caring woman. She has helped me with several home purchases and sales, and has probably gone to a hundred or more houses with me as I tried to find the right one. Dee knows the real estate process and is a great guide to get you through the legal speak. She is honest and trustworthy and if I ever need to move again I will be calling her. Like with any big purchase it can be overwhelming, and it was. Everytime I had a doubt, lost hope or needed any kind of help Dee was just a phone call/text away. She had answers for everything and if she didn't she would get you the answer ASAP. I couldn't thank Dee enough for the amazing experience and giving me a piece of mind throughout the whole process!

Dee and staff were helpful with us on selling our home. She was always available via phone and text. Always got us answers to any questions that would arise. Was awesome with updates to any inquiries that was made. Was a great venture from A to Z. Would recommend to any that is interested in selling their home knowing that they will be in good hands.

Having worked with Dee Moncrief in a search for my ‘forever home’ for the past several months, I have only good things to say about her. She understood my needs, my concerns & knew exactly what I was looking for & she found it! Dee kept me up to date on all listings that fit within my parameters, provided honest feedback & so much more. I am happy to say I closed on my new home just yesterday. She stuck by me through Covid19 video house viewings, lack of electricity & a darn tornado! What other realtor would do all that even after the closing? She is one in a million! I would recommend her to anyone searching for a new home.

If you are in need of help purchasing or selling your home I highly recommend Dee Moncrief. She has helped me sell two homes and purchase one. Dee is very responsive and professional. There was never a time when she wasn’t able to respond to my silly questions in a very timely manner. The process was stress free and Dee made sure I was comfortable and understood all aspects of the process. If I had to do it again, she would be the first person I would call.
