I have lived here for four years and have enjoyed my time here. The complex is convenient to I20 & I285 as well as several shopping and eating places. Sometimes you do have to call the office a couple times to get a response, but I have never had a problem with the staff...from management to maintenance everyone is very professional. Great place to live!

I don’t know about other units, but mine needs major renovations. From the bathroom sinks, shower surrounds, cabinets, doors and appliances. I definitely didn’t move into the unit I was shown via pictures when applying. I’ve also had ongoing pest control issues. Ive had concerns sent via email left unanswered. I’ve regularly seen police visit the community. Cellular service isn’t great in the area as well (T-Mobile) And for the things that I was told was fixed and resurfaced before I moved in, the job could’ve been done better, it all looks rushed. For as much as I pay monthly I expected a better kept and maintained unit. If you’re just looking for a semi decent place to lay your head this works. But for the amount asked for, if you moved somewhere else the place would definitely look nicer.

Not a current resident but was wanted to potentially be because of the location and great pricing. Sadly, I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone or to return my request submitted via there website. After reading the reviews and lack of communication from management I’m not longer considering living here.

I would like to say thank you to the company and staff in Covington Glenn apartments. My daughter lives there and when she have any problems they are always pleasant, caring and understanding. I'm very pleased with the staff that are in placed now. Don't change a thing. May God bless you all.nnMother Hall

If you want to move into a complex where the leasing office will screw you over at every single turn. Look no further, this is the place to go. If you’d like to move into a home where there is an ounce of human compassion, professionalism, or even just basic communication skills. Run away from this place.nI understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, but the front office team at Covington Glen has been incredibly unprofessional over the last two months.nnI submitted my application on April 20, and when the office needed my $200 application fee, they were quick to reach out, send me information and answer my questions. Since then, it has been radio silence. I called early May asking the status of my application. I was told that it was approved, and that I would hear back soon about whether or not an apartment would be available “soon”. They said that since they did not know if the residents were staying or not, that they couldn’t tell me if an apartment would be available until a week before I could move in.nnI called again a week later, and was told with attitude that I would receive my welcome letter on Friday, May 15 and that my move in date would be the 22. Friday comes along, and I still didn’t receive anything. I called again at 3 p.m., to which I was told they “still have three hours left in the day” and that I would receive my letter that night. If that had happened, I wouldn’t be writing this review.nnI called again on Monday, and was told that they don’t typically send welcome letters until the Monday before move in. Again they said “we still have a few hours left in the day” and that I would receive the letter by the end of the day, which again, did not happen.nnI understand that there may be many delays during this time with all of the uncertainty due to the state of the world. However, it is unacceptable to be talked down to and then assured twice that I would receive my letter, only for it not to happen. When the office needed my deposit, they were extremely helpful and willing to talk to me, but now that I need something from them, they are dismissive, unhelpful, and rude.nnThis has put me in an incredibly difficult situation as my current lease is ending and I do not have a place to live secured yet. This management office has been the worst I have ever dealt with and I hope that no one else has to go through this level of disrespect in the already difficult process that is finding a new home.
