Finding a starting point is always hard, First I just wanna say how amazing and professional the staff are here. They are very considerate of the resident. Currently I stay in a 3 bedroom upgraded apartment. It gets no better than this one lol. The entire apartment is completely upgraded from appliances, flooring, picture windows, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and the huge patio. The weightlifting equipment which I use are well maintain and clean. One of my favorite thing about the leasing office is how they consistently via text message on any type issues inside the community or events or giveaways they are having. The office leasing staff is very involved with the resident here to make sure even after you move in that you are still comfortable and informed about what's going on. The maintenance is very professional and make sure they handle your request as fast as they can which is a great thing. The online portal is so convenient which make life is more easier for the resident. The process of getting approved and moving in was very easy and smooth. They made sure all questions was answered and keep me update on any and everything during that time. Between the valet trash and the well maintain community I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for new place to come and view these apartments. The community is completely gated and very quiet. Just a Thank You for making my new home a great experience.

Very professionally and delightful establishment. Property is extremely clean and welcoming. I met one of the property worker by the name of McKinney, very kind, amazing energy and he definitely convinced me on moving into property. I highly recommend this property and the workers represent the company very well.

I'm coming up on my 2nd year here at Creekside Crossing. I recently renewed my lease. My experience here has been a joy and a pleasure. I've been in the Atlanta area since 2016. I like living in this community, it's beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The community I lived in before this 1 was not that great. The management team is very professional and courteous. I've never had an unpleasant conversation or interaction with them. I've always been greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude. The only thing I don't like is the issues with tenants that don't care how the community look. They will put trash in the parking area and sometimes the stairwells and breezeway. I think it's so crazy, especially because there's valet trash pickup. We should want to keep where we live nice. Creekside Crossing is a wonderful place to call home.nnAddition 8/7/19:nManagement(Cleo, Jessica, Nicole) here at Creekside Crossing are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I like the activities and events they have for the tenants. I stopped by the office today and they had a few goodies that they're giving away. You guys are the best.
