WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! SORRY DETAILING AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to send my car back twice because they kept missing the spots I pointed out. The detailing is awful for the price. I'll never be back. I will drive much further away for better quality service and far better detailing. Black owned businesses got to do better.

I took my car here for an oil change to support a local business. They offered a car wash for just a little bit more and it was a deal too good to refuse. When I say thorough, the man who did my car really detailed it. He was doing too much- but in a good way. Hopefully, he gets paid well, because he did more than was expected for the price I paid. I encouraged hubby to use them to detail our cars. I will definitely go back for my car. As far as the wait, I didn't mind because they have a comfy lounge and the time flew as I watched the detail person do his thing.

The car wash machine is inoperable at this time and there was no notice or reduction in price. The staff washes the vehicles by hand and also gets the oil changes done, which bottle necks your wait time. There is no evidence of covid-19 safety practices enforced for customers and staff. Due to the manual replace of the machinery, my vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned outside & in and I was still left with a slightly cleaned car. I must give credit to the weekend staff for the attempts they made to make me feel valued but the effort & time that it took for them to achieve this was a damper. The establishment is simply slacking on the kind of quality service they're known to provide. Communicate the changed service with signs or through the staff & shift your prices. Use safety precautions for the staff & customers to encourage business. Folks will still come in but this service... Not good...It Sucks!

I paid $112 for my service only to leave and have to clean my car myself (which defeated the purpose). I paid for a carpet shampoo and detail. There was a light drizzle while they were drying my car, but when I got home my car did not appear to have been washed, my floors were wet so I assumed they were shampooed, but my carpet and rugs were still dirty, my seats were not detailed, my door jams and console was dirty. I paid for the full service, not a wipe down. I went back the next day to have it corrected (which they agreed to do), but I waited 25-minutes to be serviced. They were under staffed, unprofessional and I did not have the time to wait again. The day I got my initial service I was there 2-hours which is why I was so bothered my car was not clean. My husband insisted I go get my money back, but they can keep it and know I’ll never spend another dime there again.
