Good customer service. Terrible incomplete service. Not worth the money or time.
I reached out to Tracey to correct a botched mobile detailing job that left my car soaking wet for days that grew mold. As a toddler mom I immediately became extremely concerned and overwhelmed. He assured me we would work to clean and sanitize the car. He promptly came out for a consultation, and scheduled a return visit in compliance with the weather so we didn’t back track with rain, to deep clean, and sanitize the car. Without ANY water being used, he has my vehicle looking newer than it did when purchased. He discussed all materials used and took preventative measures for any possible return of growth. He’s since checked in twice to make sure no mold returned and the car remained in safe condition for my family. He was professional, affordable and more than friendly. Deserves ALL the stars.
