Arrived at 10am and was told that I needed an appointment for service. The sign on the door said walk ins welcome but limited. My 2 girls and I were the only ones there, why could we not be seen. If you can only been seen by appointment then they need to change the sign on the door and on the website because this is false advertisement. And to think somebody actually recommended this place to me, but I WILL NOT BE USING THEM!!nnThe owner says there was a sign on the door. It might be one there now, but like I said I arrived at 10, THERE WAS NO SIGN SAYING NO WALK INS.

I was a customer of Renee for brow tinting, a $22 dollar service . The last time I was here on 2-12-21, she used a new product that she had never used on my brows before, without telling me, that did not work and came completely off of my browns the same night...obviously, it was definitely not brow tint at all. I called in the next day and spoke with the owner, her husband, while on the phone he asked Renee about it. She then told him that she was out of what she normally used and that it had just came in. He then asked me to come back for her to fix it. I had to change my entire schedule and went back and got it fixed, which was a huge inconvenience for me. After she fixed it, I asked her for the inconvenience, as a courtesy could I get a discount off of my next visit. I felt like that was fair, because you do not try something new on a client without telling them or asking them if they would like to try it or at least tell the client you are out of the product so that the client can decide if they want to use something new or not. She was offended that I asked her this and told me to speak with the owner and ask him, I shared my sentiments with him and he said they do not give any discounts because people break their nails all the time and they fix them for free. I was completely confused because I do not have nails and have never gotten my nails done there. I chopped it up and said okay..never mind. Today on 3-13-21, I go back in there, in an effort to make an appointment. The owner, her husband then says to me, they have decided to no longer service me because I asked for a discount last time and because Renee said I confronted her about my last service which they had to do over in front of a customer raising my voice, which was a lie. we all had on mask... and everyone talks a little louder with mask on...but I did not in any way raise my voice. I have NEVER asked for any type of discount before. He then went on and had the AUDACITY to say to me I checked and you have only been in here (4 or 5 times)...anyway...as to say losing your service won't hurt us....who says that to a customer. I then said are you serious, even if what you are saying is true, As a business owner, you never make a judgement or decision off of an isolated event... AND when you value your customer, the most professional thing to do is have a conversation with them for clarity, context and resolution and OWN your part in the conflict to keep the customer. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Thank you Renee and your husband for showing me how to NEVER treat a customer in business. I see this as a trend now....African Americans make up well over 95% of your customers and you all think you can treat us any kind of way when we confront you on your own mistakes......SO SAD. I see that someone from their business just replied and said they have never had to refuse a customer.. WELL when I was in there today the owner her husband said to me that Renee has several customers she has done like this before... that she has refused to service... he said to me out of his own mouth about his wife... so obviously this is a pattern....since I could not respond to the reply I updated my review response..
