I love this place! Jennifer is amazing! She always gets me right! She is so creative and precise with her work!nnDuring the holiday season ANYWHERE you won’t be able to get a same day appointment. Common sense would let you know that during the busy holiday season you won’t be able to get a same day appointment. I always make my appointments at least a week prior to make sure I get the day and time I desire.nnThe manager works very well with getting people serviced with the least amount of wait time. They have a great flow there and I appreciate it.nnThank you for always taking great care of me! I’m a customer for life! ❤ufe0f

Love this Nail Salon! I’ve been coming to Jennifer for over 5 years! She now services my entire family! Her,nHer husband and Mother run a very family friendly environment! Jennifer and her staff pride themselves in continuous education, healthy nails and keeping up with the ever so changing nail trends. Jennifer had the best stones AND never turns down a challenge! I LOVE IT HERE we are family now girlllllllll

I have been a customer for 3+ years and have received nothing but great professionalism, timeliness and respect from all staff members. The gentleman booking appts is professional, personable and courteous. He does advise that walk-ins are on a “first come, first serve” basis, as in all other professional businesses. Their work never disappoints and I will continue to support this establishment!

Very unsanitary shop. They share tools and towels with multiple customers. They do not wash hands in between customers. Terrible customer service! The worst I’ve experienced in a very long time.nnThey also soaked my entire hand in acetone for about 30 mins to take the powder gel off. When I requested the foil method to remove the gel I got an attitude. The nail technician lied and said they do not do that method. Thankfully, I saw another customer that had foil on their toes. After I pointed that out that’s when the technician finally changed to the foil method. I was already soaking for 20 mins. My skin is now raw and dried out and has gel residue all over my hands. I wish I can show pictures.nnI don’t know how they have such a high rating!? That’s the only reason I went there in the first place. Maybe today was their off day? It was utterly a terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend.
