Went in today to see what i could do about someone threatening me and the officer at the front helped me and took his time to understand where i was coming from, even though i have to file the report in tucker ( Dekalb ) because i love there , the officer up front took his time and spoke with me . Very nice .

I moved from Smyrna to Clayton county and it is horrible. I called 911 around 11 pm and informed them that a truck was parked under neath my bedroom window and that I thought I heard some one trying to get in my home. I called three times, 911 would never tell me some one was on there way to check out what was going on. They only could tell me that some one would get there as soon as possible but call them back if I had any new details!! What. I said so no one is on there way, Its me and my toddler daughter, its a white suv parked underneath my bedroom window at night. The operator told me we have informed Clayton county Police department and they will get there as soon as possible, but dont go outside. My boyfriend had to rush home and find out why the car was parked there. 25 minutes later. I called them back and told them that I no longer needed the cops. Mind you, they were never on their way. So basically I know that I can not depend on Clayton Police to get to my house to help me if some one is breaking in. Scary!!

No one ever answered the phone when I called around 10:00 PM after listening to an extremely long call tree. I let the phone ring at least three minutes and no one ever answered. Your tax dollars at work!

I tried to report my gun stolen and got the run around for over 4 hours. The rude operators transferred me to the APD, they informed me to go to any Atlanta ppolice station so I did. Long story short, noone is on the same page, they did not assist and I still have no police report while someone is out there with MY GUN. The operators are extremely rude, they do nothing to assist & after I called them again...Im still waiting on a police officer after calling over an hr ago.
