I thought i liked this place. Do to cold weather I have been parking on their delivery driveway for my special needs son to catch the bus. I do no block the driveway. The only vehicles that go through that area is employees. I guess they have a problem with it. Today one of them flipped me off. Boycott this place. They did not have the guts to come out and talk to menThey had a customer tell me they wanted me off the property. I will be contacting corporate office.nnNote where I park is city right of way ..

Dan and Tim are great. Their Customer service has always been top notch and they go above and beyond when I need to source hard to find hardware. This is the only place I will go for my Fastener needs.

These guys are the best. I wish they had longer hours. If you've ever dug through the Lowe's hardware section for a hour finding only dissappointment (basically all they offer), you'll understand why Tacoma screw is so great.

Last time I was in they charged much more than other local bolt Companies, today I came in 45 min after they opened and there was one other customer being helped. Person helping him did not acknowledge my presence, even when I stood up at the counter across from him. I could hear other employees in the back doing something, I waited five minutes and after still not being even asked to hold on or they would be right with me, I left for one of the other bolt places.nNeed to increase your customer service skills.nStore looked nice and orderly though.

The hours here are incredibly inconvenient. I always end up here at 5:05pm and the place is locked and empty. That being said, when I do manage to get up here before closing, the service has been fantastic. The staff are always helpful. I know they make there money mostly off of business sales in large quantities, so the hours are understandable, but I definitely would come in more often if they were open later.
