Ever since they changed management, it has not been the same. I loved to get my car washed here. I live an hour and 30 minutes away and whenever I am in cartersville I stop by. But not any more. When I got my car back it wasn’t as clean. It was like they spot cleaned instead of cleaning it fully.
Car is very shiny. Always do a great job here. Never fail. 10/10. Very nice staff. The manager is 10/10 not just in customer service but in looks as well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. They just like to complain. There are people that just can’t be pleased. Treat your car to a spa day here
My RAV4 was the dirtiest ever! I wasn't really expecting to get a really nice, feel good clean and knew it wouldn't be their fault. I am so excited about how nice it looks! Had good conversation in the lobby while waiting and everyone working there was very nice and helpful! Yes, I will take my vehicle there again and refer people to them.
Got an oil change and car wash. Trustworthy guys, did a great job on the oil change. Very very good prices. Car looked great after the wash.
I have a 2020 Kia Sportage and my windshield was badly scratched today. I do not recommend
