Signed up for monthly service. Impossible to get a receipt every month unless you want to harass the staff on site every time you need one. Tried upwards of 4 times (in person and via e-mail) to get a receipt sent to me when my card is billed. Its a basic business function and these guys failed. I've been using this service for over 6 months and received maybe half of my receipts without having to call, show up, or email a complaint.
My experience was good, maybe more soap or longer brush still had some spots and the vacuums are awesome but all in all for $7
10 and 20 dollar soft touch car wash. They do have a couple of people that will spray something on the front and rear of your car and your wheels, at least for the $20 option, and they will rub the front and back with a (brush?) that has been used on the fifty cars in front of you. The vacuums do work well but the wash isn't great (see my photos). This was my first wash since covid hit so my car was dirtier than normal but compared to the car wash I typically use in Roswell this isn't worth it. That car wash uses the same soft touch system and they also vacume the car, clean all the glass, clean and dress all the leather, dash, and doors, clean the door jams and the rear hatch and tailgate all for $26.
The vacuum cleaner didn't have enough power to pull up dry grass out of the carpet, the car wash wash is good
