Great experience! Crystal at the office is the best always helps a great young lady plus she goes the extra mile for the residents of nova wood! She keeps a smile on her face & ALWAYS does her job ! I call she comes !! I’ve been staying here for a year and she’s been the best so far !!

When a problem arrive with your unit, or any other issues that may occur. She resolve it immediately. If not she'll send you a notice of awareness. Most of all she has a great attitude. I Love nova wood! lve been here for a few years now and its not prefect but Its affordable and quiet! The only thing that needs to be changed is the laundry rooms. I love Crystal, she is so sweet and always assist me and whatever you need. She takes her time and is patience you! I can always expect a good laugh from Marylin she is nice as well. Charles is new but he is always helpful and fast with any maintenance request. But if you need any help just get in contact with cryatal she will go out her way to assist you!

Crystal was a very big help with me when moving into my apartment. She made sure everything was good. The apartment is good just little things wrong nothing major. Overall it’s a nice place for me.
