I didn't have this many problems until new company took over. My issues hardly get resolved, they never answer the phone they take forever to call you back. They close work orders and never do anything, I have to keep on contacting them, they are very unreliable. They have trash pick up which they charge you for but they hardly come around.

Have been a vendor with the Novaglen and Novawood team for a little over two years now. Their staff is wonderful especially miss Crystal Baptiste. Well mannered, she is attentive and caring towards her residents, property and in this case very accommodating with business. She stays on top of what needs to be done and more than anything she as well as the staff will make you feel at home whenever visiting. Highly pleased with service!

I have been living here for 3 years and it has never been this bad. No one answers the phone or the door to the front office. If they do answer the phone they are rude, short & nonchalant. Crystal from the front office is extremely nice but they moved her to a different property, she is missed because the new lady Gretchen is Rude. Jorge from the maintenance team goes above and beyond for tenants. The office close work orders without sending people to fix the issue. It's a mess over here.

The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the property. I get a quick response to any request I have made to them. The apartments are kept up and the grounds always look lovely. I have been a tenant for three years now and will continue to live here.
