I have lived in many apartments throughout the past 8 years, but this place is the first to ever make me feel like it is my HOME. My partner and I were so excited to move here from Integra Shores this year into a larger apartment. The floorplans that are offered cater to any potential renter's needs. Our unit has a lot of windows, upgrades, and massive rooms! From day one when we discovered this place, Terri was incredible. She helped us with all of our questions and concerns and made sure all the paperwork was good to go when we moved in. Our surrounding neighbors are so friendly and were very welcoming when we moved it. It is so nice to have neighbors look out for one another. It reminded me of growing up in Philadelphia. We can honestly not say enough amazing things about Reserve at Ormond Beach. It feels good to finally be home!

I have been here since March and I’m happy ud83dude03 to call “Reserve at Ormond” home ud83cudfe0 Very quiet ud83eudd2b relaxing ud83dude0c place to live with my 2 dogs ud83dudc15 they even have a small dog ud83dudc36 park and apartments have a very nice ud83dudc4dud83cudffb patios. They’re gated community.

My wife and I loved staying here. Everyone was always so kind and helpful. The maintenance did an excellent job. Jeremy was very helpful and went out is his way to help us when we had difficulties with our trailer while moving. We definitely recommend the Reserve! Thank you all!

I have loved living here since day one and I am proud to call this HOME! The apartments are spacious and absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the community feel is very warm. I feel really safe here and the gates add an extra sense of security even though Ormond is already pretty safe to live in. My sister moved in recently down the street to another unit and her respond is the same. Located right next to the highway which is desirable for commuters, Tanger outlets for shopping, Publix for food and 20 minutes from the beaches. 10/10 living experience :) Thank you Reserve!

My wife and I lived at the reserve for 18 months. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They never made us feel rushed and always were professional. The manager Al and Kelly in the office always greeted us with a smile, and the maintenance men near passed us with out waiving and smiling. The grounds are always kept neat and clean, and they always add plants and additions to make everything look more beautiful. Only two maintenance issues the entire time and they were resolved immediately, even faster then we expected. This is a very pleasant and quiet community, and it is close to everything including movies, food, shopping and interstates. We always felt safe, even at night when we walked. The neighbors were always very kind and always waived to us. The best place in the area, and the only reason we moved is because we purchased a new home. We would recommend to our own family and friends to stay here.
