This rating is due to multiple issues that my roommates and I have faced during are stay at Sands Parc. The first big one is half the amenities have been closed during my entire stay while the rest of the state has opened up. The club house has never allowed residents to enter, the gym is limited, and the car wash is in a low spot where algae and filth has collected rendering it useless. We have had multiple problems with bugs in the bathrooms and the kitchen (both were taken care of) but not an issue a new complex should have. The management is impossible to get a hold of and they are quick to hand out fees to fill their own pockets. The construction around the property renders one of the entrances useless most of the time and making traffic around the area an inconvenience. I will say it is a very safe environment with plenty of nice neighbors but I would recommend you take your money somewhere better.

Recently toured the property and actually liked the apartment. However, there was a huge stain on the rug about the size of a coffee table and I asked if they could replace the rug. The lady said that I should just put an area rug over the stain. Even cheaper apartment complexes replace the rugs between tenants. Not a very good image to present if you want to charge these kinds of prices, in my opinion. Left a bad taste in my mouth and gave me the impression that this is how they handle other problems in the complex as well.

if you need something done you’ll wait forever, the staff doesn’t like answering the phone, i don’t even see why they have phone lines because they don’t answer it nor respond to emails, its really aggravating it’s like I needed something done a couple days ago went down to the office during business hours knocked on the door because once again they don’t answer the phone and guess what no one was there, i shouldn’t have to go through that to get assistance in my home. nice apartment can’t complain just wish staff would be more eager to help you or answer their phone, mind you this is a consistent matter. just want you guys to do better :)

I recently visited this apartment complex. The level of professionalism was superb. Hands down the best experience I have had thus far. Thanks to Lisa and the other ladies in the office, I will definitely be renting here. Apartments are beautiful as well as the surroundings. I give them 5 stars!
