This is my first time going to this Taco Bell, and I ordered 3 taco supreme meal and did not take the drinks and I was still shorted 2 tacos, I did not notice till I got home which is 20 min away and when I tried calling 4 times to let them know the phone rang till it hung up. I feel I paid for service I did not get and feel cheated. I know a franchise of this caliber should be able to run an effective establishment. I did not see that. I was calling just to hear a sorry for the mistake, but no one answered.

Apparently their app isn't working.nWent inside to order and no one was at the counter.nTried to delete my profile and that would not work either.nArby's from now on. I'm done wasting my time on Taco Bell.nnI have always been happy with the service and food. The employees are friendly and they will automatically deduct your senior discount. I didn't like the Cheddar Chalupa. $5.50 for the box and not much meat.

Results of Covid-19 I guess and no guests eating inside for so long. Dirty tables, floors and drink station nasty. Attention to small details regardless of time is important for a business regardless of size. Thin staff working which would be expected on Saturday afternoon. But isn’t hard to scope out the seating and machines!

every time I come here they always mess up my order I just went there and ordered the #2 soft shell taco supremes and got regular tacos insteadnI can't believe they expect to get a raise when they can't get an order right I am not going to this taco bell anymore. This will be the last time I guess if I want tacos I need to just make them myself
