This used to be the only car wash I'd take my car to but my last trip through Liberty Car Wash caused $311.41 in damages (See photos of black Challenger with red damaged RT stripe). The auto repair shop confirmed damage was caused by high pressure from the touchless car wash. The paint and RT stripes on both sides of my car were in perfect condition. I hoped to work this out with the owner but she claims no responsibility without even viewing the damage done to my car and doesn't return my calls. I will not return to this car wash and will no longer refer everyone i know to this car wash either.
The touchless system they have does a great job. I live on Whidbey Island and whenever I come through the area I stop in
My go-to carwash. The automatic touchless does a great job. For those complaining, if it doesn't work out for you then put in the effort to wash it yourself with a mitt and bucket.
This is a great self service carwash! You choose the level of wash you want. There are no brushes. I have a cartop carrier and never have a problem. My car gets clean, bugs removed and a light spray wax applied if you choose it. There are vacuums to use. I haven't used them yet so I don't know the cost.nWhen there was a problem, the owner is quick to respond. A spayer kept moving so vehicles were not able to enter. There was a phone number posted on the door. I called and the owner was there within minutes to reset the system. Everything worked great!
