Mrs. Mazzarantani was a tenant of my house at sarasota, he left the house without paying, with a rental debt, and wrote arrogantly that he doesn't care to go before the judge. This man don't respect the american justice.nnTo the future clients of this person, prefer someone who respects his commitments, if he makes fun of his owner, we can conclude that he will laugh at his customers.

Hello Potential buyers in Sarasota I am currently going through a horrible transaction with Paul Wolbers a realtor with Coldwell Banker. I knew something could go wrong with this transaction so I contacted Matt Day (Broker for Coldwell) several weeks prior to the closing. Unfortunately my suspicions were correct. The deal didn't go through do to information that was withheld by the realtor. Paul initially tried to keep my 15k of earnest money deposit. Then later sent out an email stating that money would be returned. Paul then sent an email stating that market would be better this Winter and his clients were pulling out of the contract. This was the home that special needs children were going to live in due to the proximity of Lakeview elementary. We are still trying to get the home but it doesn't look good if we don't get attorneys involved. All in all this has been a terrible experience with Paul Wolbers and Coldwell Banker. Matt Please give me a call so I can edit this post to some more positive news
