The Water Heater Guy advertises itself as a tankless installer. Tankless is a huge part of the water heating industry. I had all the major parts to replace an existing tankless heater (new heater, service valves, circuit breakers) and sent them a picture for an estimate to install it all.nTheir reply was: “unfortunately we are not servicing tankless water heaters at the moment” even though I know they are! Really??nNot enough profit? Don’t want to do basic plumbing? What ever the real reason...their lame response doesn’t indicate honesty and integrity.
Arrived on time to replace a hot water heater. Promptly went to work. Quickly and technically correct the water heater was replaced. Price was reasonable. Support staff very polite and effective. What more could you want?
Our expectations were far exceeded by The Water Heater Guy!nHe arrived precisely on time @10am sharp; and got us back up and running with a new water heater, installed, with new valve, thermal expansion unit, etc.nHe was mindful of viral mitigation guidelines and maintained physical distance throughout; the credit card transaction was easily facilitated via email with link to website for online input & processing.nThe fact that he was available on such short notice, and didn't apply exhorbitant pricing as some are wont to do under such circumstances as are presently in effect, speaks volumes of his integrity and work ethic. He was cordially professional and highly efficient. Colleagues having experience with such transactions advised me that the pricing is competitively outstanding.nOur shower is hot and our hearts are glad. The Water Heater Guy is highly recommended!
