We had a leak which required us to turn our water off and we were unable to fix the issue ourselves. They were responsive, friendly, patient and were able to get someone to us within an hour. The gentleman who showed up was very friendly, funny, and also offered to help me with another small/ non-related plumbing issue. I am very happy I found this company and we will definitely use them again.
I was not getting hot water. They came out and were quick to say I needed a new hot water tank. The problem was a faulty circuit breaker. I did not need the hot water tank replaced at this time.
Mr. Strode was a wonderful man. He came in and quickly resolved the problem. He was polite and kind. Very professional I recommend him highly
Recently purchased a home and ran into some plumbing issues. Called Strode on Veterans Day and still was able to get someone out to the house pretty quickly. The work was great, affordable, and really an all around excellent experience. I highly recommend!
