Josh and Rob came to my home to install a gas dryer. Best Buy does not have anyone qualified to fully install the dryer I purchased. I thought it would be necessary to have Best Buy return to finish installing the washer. Nope! Josh and Rob took care of everything. They checked all the gas appliances and pressure. They cleaned up and were very personable. Two very dedicated employees. Rare in these times. Thanks again
They really took their time to understand our needs and then did their inspection and evaluation for options. Excellent service, comprehensive explanation of all our options even if they were less expensive. Overall an excellent experience.

Very satisfied. Tech team very nice and communicated everything well. Installed a high-end gas water heater (Navien-advanced model, on demand recirculation) with intake and exhaust pipes that had to be piped through the concrete garage wall. They did a pro job. Recommended.
