I favor the small outlets. They have a little of everything. Prices are hit and miss. Service is mediocre. Great place to get odds and ends. Could use some expansion. Too small to satisfy the frequent buyer of such things. The key shop, IS A KEY SHOP. Not some dingus standing next to a half do it yourself machine that can't promise you anything.

I always find exactly what I need, and the store always seems to stock items that I didn't realize were available at a hardware store. The staff are always helpful and professional!! AAA+++

Very helpful staff, picked up a lot of items but the particular item I originally went for was not in stock.

Nobody was helpful and nobody was interested in speaking unless spoke to directly today. Assistant manager clearly didn’t want to be there and or is just clueless. We were sad that we had to go to the warehouse store for a few simple items. Employees were the only thing keeping us coming back to ACE since inventory has been slim the past few years on a regular basis.

Employee told me I needed a metric fine threaded bolt for my clutch cable on my Honda Rebel. Bolt wud83dude01rked! Good wisdom, old guy.
