I went to Tommy's express car wash at 4615 S. Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL 34231. I asked for the car outside to be washed and I figured for $20 I would get a good car wash, even though I would have to get out & dry the car myself. Needless to say there was dirt still all over the car. More importantly the front hood was not even touched I took pictures and I will attach them. The young lady that I spoke to was very friendly when I went to pay and I told her if this is a good car wash then I would probably join the monthly plan. I was so upset paying $20 just to wash the outside of the car I would've been better off going buying the gas station car wash, going through one of those car washes was much better than this one for $20. I've done the gas station car wash a few times and it didn't cost me anywhere near what this place was charging. Thank God I had towels (white towels) in my car so when I go walking I can use it to wipe sweat, obviouslyI I can't use these towels anymore for that. I never thought in a million years the towels would get that dirty after Tommy's express car wash anyway you judge for yourself. I hope they let me put up more than one picture. I really need to open up a business like this, I get paid to wet the car and then the owner of the car has to clean it, absolutely fantastic idea what a money maker.

I downloaded the app!! That made everything so much easier. On the app you can pick witch wash you'd like. You can pay monthly or pick a one time wash. The receipt is sent to your email. You can vacuum for free. The vacuum didn't have much suction and the hose came apart.

This is my first time using this place for a car wash. I purchased the top tier wash to make sure I get everything nice and clean. After inspecting the car, I noticed that the wheels rims still have a little dirt on them, and the tires do not shine like they claim. The rest of the car was relatively clean, but I did notice that it missed some dirt by the gas tank door as well. I love the concept as a quick and easy wash of the car, but I am hesitant to come back and spend the money on washing the car if some of the services that I pay for are being missed.

Always greeted with a smile and car wash is good. Vacuums are very good and don't forget the matt wash. See ya all the time. Good for fast wash during the week for pollen season

Tommys car wash is so easy and fun to use! The vacuums are very strong and get all of the dirt that usually can only been cleaned with a professional detail. The thing that really sperated this place from other car washes in town is the mat cleaner..it actually washes the mats...with water. They always smell nice and have no more stains. The prices are very reasonable and they have the option to buy memberships through the app that allows a no contact car wash experience. You drive up and the automatic reader enters the license plate number and u go in to the car wash area. This place makes cleaning your car a nice relaxing experience.
