I have been an unlimited subscriber for the last three winter seasons and have always received top quality services. I am always impressed by the way that the manager Sonia works along side of the other employees and does not try to use her authority to make her load lighter. She has a tremendous work ethic and is a real asset to that business. Always a pleasure to go there.

2/4/21 1:45 pm Went to this place many times. This time I encountered a bad experience. First the cashier didn’t even greet me. Very disappointing. I think she is new. After my car rolled over the last hump of the car wash & someone needs to jump in, he put my car in its place & can back for next car. He saw a front headlight cover on the ground & walked past it then threw it on the curb. After moving the next car he threw it on the shelf in the laundry area. I was able to grab the woman who did my car & told her about what he did. I told her it obviously goes to a car that recently rolled out of the car wash. She grabbed it and barely caught the car in front if mine as the customer was getting ready to leave, only to find that was the car missing the headlight cover! That guy who threw it in a shelf should have alerted another worker to find its owner if he didn’t have time. That angered me. If I were that customer & got home only to discover I lost the headlight cover to an older vehicle, I would be mad. I wouldn’t know where to start looking. Could have lost it on the road even.nThe manager should follow up with this male worker & educate him on what to do if you find a part of a vehicle on the ground after going through the wash.
Although not Eager Beaver now, still good service and reasonable prices. Did a great job on my pollen covered black car!
The place is marvelous and no matter how dirty, my car always looks spotless after wash. Great customer service! Also have in and outdoor seating to wait for your washed car. Perfect!
