We own a St. Augustine Beach condo and have been in the rental program with Resort Rentals for 30 years. Our experience has been extraordinarily positive. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and responsive; we feel as though we, and our rental clients, are in very good hands with Shelton, Paul and their team. If we could give more than five stars we certainly would!

Wonderful folks ! Paul and Kelly are very friendly, accommodating, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them if you are in need of rental accommodations. They go above and beyond the rest !

Resort Rentals of St. Augustine were terrific to work with. Kelly and Paul were very professional and helpful while we were making our reservation, during our stay, and through our check-out process. They were able to find us accommodations that met all our needs and in our budget. Any questions or concerns during our four month stay were addressed quickly. If you are looking for a great team to work with to make your stay easy and worry free they meet the mark! The condo's we stayed in were well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Excellent customer service. Made checking in to our rental condo at Ocean Villa a breeze. Pulled up to realtor office and had a code for a box outside that had all our info and keys in it. Allowed us early check in and very accomodating when we needed a day parking pass. Great service and our condo was perfect. We will be back!
