Beware of Resort Rentals of St Augustine...They manage this property and I am sharing my experience so others can be aware.nnThis is the most unprofessional resort rental company I have dealt with. We booked a Condo in March for a large family Thanksgiving to ensure we could all stay at the same property. After signing the required agreement, we were notified the owner of the condo booked it for the entire Fall season. We reserved a second unit and three weeks later, we were notified that the owner of that unit wanted their condo for the time we had reserved it for. We were asked to pick a third unit, but we are done. We will be looking for a property that values their guests and honors the reservations. I suspect that the nicer units are ones that the owners will use during the holidays and the less desirable ones will be the ones that are available. There is no guarantee that the unit you reserved will be available but if you want to cancel, be prepared to have it in writing and forfeit the deposit if inside of 30 days. I was not looking for a discounted rate when I called and spoke with Paul about the second time we lost our reservation, but he offered to buy me a 12 pack! Are you kidding me? What a joke of a business!
