Dan and his team of real estate professionals are top notch. Responsive, reasonable, do what it takes to get to closing - he even emptied the attic for a client who went MIA- and they don’t nickel and dime you with transaction fees. Highly recommend!

My wife and I rented Sea Oats Villas 1 for the month of January 2020. We had a great time. The condo is everything advertised and more. It was very quiet and a great location, a few hundred feet from the ocean just out the back door. The unit was well furnished with more than ample cooking and eating supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and some games and books. We would definitely recommend.

A little slow to respond to voicemail on a weekend... which is understandable. Other than that, nice friendly professional and knowledgable about the property.
