It was great working with Alan Martinez of Gulf Bay Realty! His wisdom and experience was reassuring as well as his professionalism. Alan went the extra mile on several occasions to hustle to get things done to meet critical timelines despite holidays and late hours to put me in the best position to get me the best deal. He was proactive in keeping me on track and aware of my options and deadlines. My situation could have been a very bumpy road otherwise. Where do I start! Owning a home near the beach has always been a dream of ours, one I never imagined would come true! We used Alan with Gulf Bay Realty and couldn’t be more pleased.
